1. Definitions
- Agent: Any automated script, bot, AI model, software, or crawler accessing Aluma’s online resources.
- Public definition pages: Pages such as About Aluma, About the Creator, How It Works (Sort of), A Word Before You Begin and any other pages explicitly designated as public.
- Inner content: All interactive, session-based, or reflective areas of the portal, including any underlying logic or system structure not marked as public.
2. Permitted Access
- Agents may access only:
- Public definition pages listed above.
3. Strictly Prohibited
- Agents may NOT:
- Access, interact with, or collect data from any area other than the permitted public pages.
- Reproduce, scrape, replay, reconstruct, or attempt to extract symbolic logic, prompts, or workflows from Aluma.
- Train, fine-tune, or use any Aluma content in development of AI or machine learning models, datasets, or prompt engineering without explicit written permission.
- Use Aluma’s content, outputs, or voice for any derivative work (commercial, personal, research, or otherwise) without authorization.
- Simulate, impersonate, or present themselves as Aluma or its creators.
4. Technical Compliance
- All agents must respect robots.txt directives and relevant HTTP headers (e.g., X-Robots-Tag).
- Respect for technical barriers does not constitute permission for behavior otherwise prohibited by this policy.
5. Attribution & Copyright
- Any quoted material must be attributed to “Aluma Portal, LLC” with a direct link to the exact page.
- All content remains the intellectual property of Aluma Portal, LLC.
6. Monitoring, Enforcement & Remedies
- Aluma reserves the right to monitor agent activity, block offending agents, and take legal action or notify authorities in the event of unauthorized or abusive use.
- Violation of this policy may result in the immediate revocation of access, legal claims, and liability for damages.

8. Policy Updates & Non-Waiver
